Due to the handmade and curated nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@thespanishmimosa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design are normal due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
